Provide a first point of contact for telephone enquiries for the Supported Early Discharge & Interstitial Lung Disease.
Make contact & liaise with GP practices to obtain lung function & test results.
Ensure that administrative tasks associated with patient admission, treatment and discharge are performed effectively and efficiently.
Ensure that electronic and manual patient records are maintained in a timely fashion.
Upload data & information.
Partake in audits.
General administration & clerical duties.
Experience with setting up clinics.
To provide efficient admin support to the ILD (Interstitial Lung Disease) Clinical Nurse Specialist Team and the SED (Supported Early Discharge) Nursing Team.
