Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in the UK is seeking an Administration Specialist at Mercia Park to support daily and weekly reporting, manage the shared mailbox, and perform data analysis on storage, SKUs and quantities.

You will provide first line support to customers and colleagues, coordinate task planning, and assist across departments to enhance service, with typical hours Mon-Fri and a focus on accuracy and MS Excel reporting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and IT literacy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
• Problem solving and proactive service mindset.
• Desirable: understanding of CargoWrite with training available.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly reporting using Excel and DSV WMS.
• Ownership of the shared mailbox and task planning.
• Analyze customer data such as storage, SKUs, quantities.
• First line support for customers and DSV to proactively resolve issues.
• Support colleagues across departments to enhance service to customers.

Mon-Fri: 8:00-16:00 or 09:00-17:00

What will you be doing?

• Daily and weekly reporting using Excel and DSV WMS
• Ownership of the shared mailbox for the team and support task planning
• Analysis of customer data such as storage, skus, qtys etc
• First line support for customers and DSV to ensure that all issues are proactively handled.
• Support colleagues within all departments in providing an enhanced service to customers

About You

• Excellent communication skills
• Proven organisation skills and effective time management
• Meticulous attention to detail
• IT Literate in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting
• Problem solving
• Understanding of CargoWrite is desired, however training can be given.
