£26,427 - £26,847 pro rata (Part-time, 22.2 hours per week, working Wednesday to Friday) Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council's Bereavement Services team is responsible for the operation of Stourbridge and Gornal Wood Crematoria, together with the Borough's eight cemeteries. We are seeking a committed and professional person to join our busy and dedicated team. In this varied role, you will provide administrative support across all areas of Bereavement Services, assisting with matters relating to burials, cremations and memorials. You will also be responsible for responding to enquiries from members of the public and funeral professionals, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times. Based across our offices at Gornal Wood and Stourbridge Crematoria, this position offers an opportunity to work within a rewarding service that provides support to families at a sensitive and important time.
