Job summary

Novus, the prison education provider, is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team at HMP Full Sutton. The role is permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) and focuses on driving efficient administration and leading a team to success.

You will streamline processes, ensure accurate data recording, and contribute to smooth operations across the site. The position sits within the LTE Group family, with a focus on safeguarding and high standards of service.

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to gain Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy within agreed timescale.
• Hold or be willing to work towards Level 2 ICT or business administration qualification or relevant experience.
• Demonstrate effective, efficient administration in an office environment.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service orientation.
• Up-to-date IT skills.
