Ontap Job Search is assisting with a reception role at Benfield House, working to greet patients and visitors and support a busy admin team. The successful candidate will handle routine enquiries, book appointments, manage mail, scanning and filing, and contribute to a courteous service.
Applicants should have good Maths and English, strong IT skills with Outlook and Word, and be flexible, proactive, and able to multi-task in a supportive NHS setting.

Benfield House is the team base for a diverse number of services including the Specialist Psychological Therapies, Personality Disorder Hub Team and Northern Region Gender Dysphoria Service. The successful applicant will work in the reception, meeting and greeting patients and visitors to the Centre from a diverse community. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills, as well as a working knowledge of office procedures including IT skills. You should currently hold the required level of qualifications, as outlined in the Essential Criteria of the Personal Specification. If you do not meet this criteria you may not be shortlisted.
The post holder will also undertake additional duties such as ordering supplies, requesting repairs and updating rotas and duty sheets. This list is not exhaustive. Please find attached job description for full details.
