The Trust is seeking an Administration Assistant (Band 2) to join Specialist Children and Young People’s Inpatient Services. You will be the first point of contact on reception, delivering administrative support to the ward multidisciplinary team.
This full-time role includes a 37.5-hour week with shifts from 07:00 to 21:00, including weekends. A DBS check may be required; training and development are provided within the NHS framework.

You will be the first point of contact working on reception, providing administrative support directly to the ward multidisciplinary team .
This is a full time role and the successful applicant will provide a comprehensive administrative support to the service. There is a shift pattern from 07:00 to 21:00 including weekends - 365 days per year including weekends. Early shifts are 07:00 to 15:00, lates are 13:00 to 21:00
Proven experience of working in similar work environment is an advantage.

The post holder must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with possible exposure to highly distressing or highly emotional circumstances and will be expected to participate in all relevant training courses appropriate to the role.
The post holder may also undertake additional duties as directed by the Administration Manager.
