To provide administrative support to the school office, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations. The successful candidate will work towards a nationally recognised qualification while developing skills and experience in a busy school environment.
Provide a professional and welcoming reception service, dealing with visitors, staff and pupils
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to routine enquiries, forwarding messages as appropriate
Carry out general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, scanning and data entry
Support the maintenance of pupil records and assist with the management of attendance registers
Assist in the preparation of letters, reports and other documents as required
Support the organisation of school events and activities
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain confidentiality at all times and adhere to GDPR requirements
Undertake any other administrative tasks as directed by the Office Manager or senior staff
