Job summary

Manchester Academy in Manchester is seeking a Student Services Administrator to be at the heart of school life, providing frontline support to students, families, staff and visitors. The role combines student welfare, administration, reception duties, and customer service in a busy and rewarding school environment.

The position is term-time only plus 10 days, with benefits including a gym, staff discounts, wellbeing support and excellent pension contributions.

Qualifications

  • Organised and approachable, with a passion for supporting students.
  • Experience in front-line school or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
