Qualifications

• Admin or similar with office-based experience.
• Willing to progress to an Account Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of clients and act as the main point of contact.
• Take ownership of jobs from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinate engineers, schedules, reactive and planned maintenance works.
• Produce quotations, provide client updates and resolve issues.
• Occasional site visits and client meetings in a Monday–Friday schedule.
