University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Admin Team Lead to support Therapies, Dietetics and Speech & Language Therapy services at Southampton General Hospital. The role will lead the administrative team, coordinate outpatient clinics, rostering, leave, and training to improve efficiency and patient care.

You will work across departments, travel monthly to Royal South Hants Hospital, and benefit from NHS pension and holiday provisions.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in administrative work with non-routine tasks
• GCSE English and Maths passes required
• Experience in customer-focused administration
• Experience handling non-routine and complex problems, progress chasing, resource and staff allocation
• Experience in delivering training sessions

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage and develop an administrative service for Therapies, Dietetics and Speech & Language Therapy departments.
• Ensure effective and efficient management of resources to achieve streamlined administrative service and outpatient clinic management.
• Manage day-to-day administration teams: rostering, annual appraisals, annual leave and sickness, HR policy adherence.
• Oversee outpatient waiting lists, clinic management and related income streams.
• Collaborate with the Care Group Operations Manager to ensure smooth patient referrals, discharge pathways and policy alignment.
