Description

We're looking for an organised, customer-focused Admin & Sales Team Member to join our team.

This is a varied role that combines administration, stock management and customer service responsibilities, making you an important part of the branch's day-to-day operation. You'll help maintain accurate stock records, support branch compliance activities and deliver excellent service to customers both in-store and over the phone.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 42.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, 30 min lunch

Reporting to the Stock & Compliance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the branch. Working closely with colleagues across the store, you'll help maintain stock accuracy, complete important administration tasks, support compliance activities and ensure customers receive a friendly and professional experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Previous experience in a retail, trade, warehouse, administration or customer-facing environment

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing a variety of tasks
