A fantastic Administrator / Coordinator opportunity has arisen in an extremely high-end investment company. This business is seeking an outstanding, lynchpin Admin Coordinator to support the London office working in a lovely HR team of five. This is a diverse and extremely busy role and high pressure environment so a positive and resilient approach is essential. The pace is fast and deadline-driven and expectations are high so you should be the type of person who thrives under pressure.

HR Coordinator / HR Administrator

  • New starter and leaver management and administration
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and learning & development administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across multiple HR systems - you'll love a good spreadsheet and databases
  • Recruitment support including liaising with agencies, interview coordination, feedback and reference checking
  • Provide general HR administrative support, including updating systems and handling queries

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail orientated Administrator/Team Assistant looking for exposure to HR in a professional organisation. You will have strong administration / team support experience in a fast paced, corporate environment, and will be keen to learn more and enjoy a deadline driven and exciting culture. You’ll also possess excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks. A Levels and /or degree or equivalent preferred.
