Job Description
  • Book appointments and follow up with confirmation.
  • Diary and email management
  • Manage and update all office documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, facilitating smooth and efficient operations.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with admin tasks, project coordination, and service delivery.
  • Respond quickly to financial emergencies and urgent demands, ensuring client priority.
  • Use common sense to meet client needs and build strong relationships.
  • Address client requests and issues via the service desk, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Computer literate at intermediate-advanced level including (MS office suite & internet)

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment.
