This role is based within a Care Home, where understanding and respecting the needs and privacy of residents is essential.

The position is at Riversway Nursing Home in Bristol, designed to support 63 residents with various physical, age-related, and mental health conditions. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of individual abilities.

  • Handling and screening calls, taking messages
  • Managing incoming mail and distributing it

  • Photocopying, binding, processing invoices
  • Data entry and survey management
  • Supporting the Home Manager administratively
  • Welcoming visitors
What We’re Looking For

A people-oriented individual seeking a rewarding career in a team environment. Experience in administration and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Healthcare experience is a plus but not essential, as training will be provided.
