This role is based within a Care Home, where understanding and respecting the needs and privacy of residents is essential.

The position is at Riversway Nursing Home in Bristol, designed to support 63 residents with various physical, age-related, and mental health conditions. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents' individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our Admin Assistant include:
  • Handling and screening calls, taking messages
  • Managing incoming mail and distributing it within the home
  • Maintaining staff records and filing documentation
  • Photocopying and binding documents
  • Processing invoices
  • Data entry
  • Producing and analyzing quality surveys
  • Supporting the Home Manager administratively
  • Welcoming visitors to the home
What we’re looking for in our Admin Assistant:

This is an excellent opportunity for a people-oriented individual seeking a rewarding career. The ideal candidate will have some relevant administrative experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
