Job summary

TDS Group is seeking an experienced Adjudicator to join our Resolution team. This home-based role involves delivering high-quality ADR services to landlords, tenants and agents, with quarterly attendance in Hemel Hempstead for key events.

You will manage a varied caseload, analyse evidence, and produce clear, impartial decisions. Strong written communication and mediation knowledge are essential, as is the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in adjudication, complaints, dispute resolution or regulatory environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of mediation and conciliation processes.
• Comfortable working remotely with occasional office attendance.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicating disputes independently across a range of ADR schemes.
• Reviewing and analysing large volumes of evidence and documentation.
• Producing high-quality, impartial decisions within agreed timelines.
• Conducting mediation and conciliation activities to support early dispute resolution.
• Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of ADR services.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Representing TDS at industry events, training sessions and stakeholder engagements as required.

At TDS Group, we're looking for an experienced Adjudicator to join our growing Resolution team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, helping landlords, tenants and agents reach fair and reasoned outcomes.

As a trusted and independent decision-maker, you'll manage a varied caseload, analyse complex evidence, and produce clear, well-reasoned decisions. You'll also contribute to mediation and conciliation activities, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
