Working as part of the DRS Operations team, you will support the delivery of RICS Dispute Resolution Service (DRS).
Being responsible for administering applications for dispute resolvers, such as adjudicators, arbitrators, and independent experts, you will make sure everything is processed accurately and on time in line with our service standards. You will also provide wider administrative support to our Education and Quality teams, helping with assessments, exams, and certification tasks, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and reliable service for all who use DRS.
You are organised and take pride in delivering work to a high standard. You can manage competing priorities with confidence and approach tasks with a positive mindset. You are able to work independently when required, while also contributing positively to team efforts to achieve shared outcomes.
