Working as part of the DRS Operations team, you will support the delivery of RICS Dispute Resolution Service (DRS).

Being responsible for administering applications for dispute resolvers, such as adjudicators, arbitrators, and independent experts, you will make sure everything is processed accurately and on time in line with our service standards. You will also provide wider administrative support to our Education and Quality teams, helping with assessments, exams, and certification tasks, and working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and reliable service for all who use DRS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage applications and enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely handling in line with service level agreements.
  • Work closely with Finance colleagues on payments and queries for applications received.
  • Keep accurate and up to date records and digital files, ensuring everything meets our operational and quality standards.
  • Provide first‑line support to customers and stakeholders across multiple communication channels, building positive professional relationships.
  • Support DRS Education and Quality activity, including coordinating assessments, examinations, and certification processes.
  • Contribute to the development of digital platforms, service improvements, and represent DRS at events when required.
About You

You will bring:

  • Strong organisational, communication, and time‑management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with digital systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A methodical, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • An interest in dispute resolution, legal, or professional services environments (ADR knowledge desirable but not essential).
  • Flexibility to support occasional training events or activity outside standard hours.
Rewards and Benefits
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus public holidays
  • Three additional days of leave when the office closes between Christmas and New Year
  • Enhanced flexible leave policies (including Maternity, Paternity, and Moving House)
  • A Wellbeing Day and a Volunteering Day
