Job summary

Primary Care Sheffield Ltd is recruiting an ADHD Administrator to support governance, quality and patient safety across our ADHD service. The role sits at the interface between primary care, the voluntary sector and secondary services, with a focus on efficient, accurate administration.

The post is hybrid and requires you to work across locations, manage your workload, and maintain high levels of organisation and attention to detail while upholding PCS values.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across the ADHD service
• Send patient communications by email and post
• Monitor the ADHD inbox and respond appropriately
• Manage and book clinics and appointments
• Accurately input and update patient notes and enter clinical decisions as requested
• Provide administrative support in meetings, including agendas, minutes and actions
• Maintain and organise electronic and hard copy filing systems
• Support governance, quality and patient safety across the service
• Work in a hybrid environment with strong self-organisation across locations
• Prioritise competing demands in a sensitive and compassionate way
