Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd in Worcestershire is seeking a CYP ADHD Assessment Clinician to deliver structured ADHD assessments for children and young people, working within a governance-led MDT and alongside a Consultant Psychiatrist/Paediatrician.

You will integrate home and school evidence, produce high-quality reports, and ensure timely, defensible diagnostic outcomes. NHS-aligned pension, CPD and study leave are on offer, with no on-call requirement.

Qualifications

Registered with NMC or HCPC (or equivalent)
Direct experience delivering CYP ADHD assessments within a diagnostic pathway
Experience with structured assessment processes and gathering multi-source information

Responsibilities

Deliver structured CYP ADHD assessments with developmental history and functional impact
Review pre-assessment information to support triage
Gather and integrate evidence from home and education settings
Present cases to MDT and contribute to defensible diagnostic decisions
Provide clear feedback to children, young people and families
Produce high-quality reports within agreed timeframes
Maintain accurate clinical records and support performance reporting
Identify safeguarding concerns and clinical risk
Contribute to audits and service improvement
Participate in supervision and CPD
