Job summary

Primary Care Sheffield is seeking a Nurse to join the ADHD service on a part-time basis (15 hours per week). You will work with the ADHD clinical team, including GPs and other healthcare professionals, to provide compassionate, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities include screening, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and ongoing follow-up, while maintaining professional boundaries and safe decision making.

Job description

Were excited to offer an opportunity for a Nurse to join our ADHD service, working 15 hours per week. This is a great opportunity to be part of something new, make a real difference and help shape the service as it grows., As the ADHD Non-Prescribing Nurse, you will work collaboratively with the ADHD clinical team which will include GPs and other health care professionals.

You will be responsible for acting within the professional boundaries to provide care for the service users including screening, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and follow up of care; demonstrating safe clinical decision making and expert patient care.
