Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional learning needs? Are you patient, resilient, and ready to make a difference every day? Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistant to work at ALN school, a well-respected special school in Neath Port Talbot.

The largest special school in Neath Port Talbot, supporting children and young people aged 3 to 19 with a wide range of additional learning needs (ALN), including:

• Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
• Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)
• Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)

The school provides a nurturing, structured, and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.

• Supporting the learning and development of pupils with diverse and complex needs.
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and tailored interventions.
