Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Support (Primary & Secondary)
Milton Keynes | £90+/day | Full-time | Temp to Perm or Permanent
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistants to join a specialist school in Milton Keynes, supporting autistic students (verbal and non-verbal) across primary and secondary phases.
Support students with autism and additional learning needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
Assist in maintaining a structured, calm, and engaging learning environment
Use visual aids, clear communication, and routines to support understanding
Record pupil progress and behaviour throughout the school day
Encourage participation in classroom and extracurricular activities
Work closely with teachers and other support staff
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £90+/day (experience dependent)
Start: Immediate or September start dates available
Interested in working with autistic children and young people
Calm, patient, and proactive
Experience is a bonus but not essential—full training provided

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
