Job Description:

A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for a permanent position. The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and engaging in broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.

The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.

This role is fully remote within the UK and can be compensated on an hourly or day rate basis.
