A boutique law firm specializing in Employment matters is seeking to hire an interim Employment Lawyer on an ad hoc basis, with potential for permanent employment.
The firm comprises former City lawyers focusing on Employment law, handling approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly. They also undertake broader project-related work, such as employee due diligence for larger organizations. The workload can be tailored based on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit packages for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, as well as restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and some high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be structured as ad hoc hourly work or day rates.
