A boutique law firm focusing on employment matters is looking to hire an interim employment lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis, with the possibility of permanent employment.
The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in employment law. The workload includes approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work will depend on the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary actions, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be contracted on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
