Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 4 Therapy Practitioner for the Acute team at the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. The post is full-time and will involve autonomous and team-based work to deliver acute rehabilitation and support timely discharge.

Responsibilities

• Provide acute rehabilitation to maximise independence and facilitate discharge from the hospital setting.
• Rotate through areas including General Medicine, Cardiac, Surgical and Elderly Care.
• Work closely with Therapy colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
