Responsibilities

• Speaking with clients by phone and email.
• Helping with quotations, renewals and changes to policies.
• Handling incoming enquiries and following up quotations.
• Contacting insurers for quotations and outstanding information.
• Keeping client records and policy information accurate and up to date in Acturis.
• Working with colleagues to keep day-to-day tasks on track.
