Commercial Insurance Account Handler - Remote - Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be a key member of our clients Financial Services team and will be responsible for providing a range of administrative and customer service tasks, as well as assisting with insurance related queries.

You will be expected to liaise with clients and insurers in relation to new business, renewals, mid term adjustments, claims, queries and PFA's.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures as detailed in the FCA Handbook and Company Handbook.
• Always promoting exceptional customer care standards.
• Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with all clients and providing expert product advice and guidance.
• Support the Account Executives and Broking Manager with duties where required.
• Ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
• Providing administrative support to the team.
• Identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
• Keeping up to date with industry developments and legislation.
• Have experience of Acturis.

To be successful in this role, you should have a willingness to work towards Cert CII or already hold qualifications and have a good understanding of most commercial insurance products and be an Acturis user. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, be organised and able to work with a high degree of accuracy. You should also have the ability to work independently and be comfortable using a range of IT systems.

This is a Remote position and offers a salary of £32,000 - £34,000 per annum plus benefits including:
