Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients with a focus on service and retention.

You will handle renewals, new business enquiries, negotiate terms with clients and underwriters, issue compliant documentation, assist with claims, and support Account Executives while building strong, long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/corporate insurance.
• Acturis experience.
• Cert CII qualification (not essential).
• Strong track record of client retention.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of FCA, DPA and regulatory requirements.

The Role
