Acton, West London-based leisure operator seeks an Assistant General Manager to take charge of service and operations at its flagship site. You will oversee day-to-day running, lead a hands-on team, drive service and sales, and ensure staff and guest safety in a fast-paced, seven-day operation.

This is a growth-minded role with a competitive salary plus bonus and real opportunities to progress as the brand expands. Five days per week on a rota including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Operations Manager in a fast-moving, customer-facing business.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
• Commitment to health and safety and delivering excellent guest experiences.
