Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to lead our activity sessions for children aged 1–13. You will deliver a varied programme during term time and holidays, acting as a positive role model within our centres.

The role requires experience with children, Level 2 coaching/leading qualifications or equivalent, and an enhanced DBS check. A competitive salary and opportunities for development are on offer, plus free membership to our 220+ centres nationwide for you

Qualifications

• Experience working with children aged 1–13 years across term time and holidays.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Level 2 coaching/leading/activity qualifications or equivalent.
• Reliable with good time-keeping and professional behaviour.
• Ability to plan and deliver a range of activities including term-time sessions, after school clubs, parties and holiday activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity sessions including soft play and a varied programme for children aged 1–13 years.
• Plan and deliver term-time sports sessions, after-school clubs, parties and holiday activities.
• Be a role model for the centres team and create a fun, friendly environment for colleagues and customers.
• Apply child behavioural strategies as needed and ensure safety at all times.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our activity sessions including soft play, delivering an exciting and varied programme for children aged 1 - 13yrs during term time and holidays Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week,

• Have experience in working with children, interacting and engaging with a range of ages
• Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike
• Be able to deal with child behavioural strategies
• Be able to plan and deliver a range of activities including term time sports sessions, after school clubs, parties and holiday activities
• Be reliable and have good time keeping skills
• Have a minimum of Level 2 coaching/leading/activity qualifications or equivalent. Training can be arranged if needed . This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
