Job summary

Gold Care Homes’ Peregrine House in Tottenham is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and organise daily activities for residents. The role requires flexibility for outings and events, delivering social, intellectual and spiritual wellbeing, and supporting residents’ aspirations.

The position is part-time (approx. 10 hours) with additional hours possible as needed, offering engagement, development opportunities, and recognition such as Employee of the Month and long service awards.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to help them settle in to life in the home.
• Deliver high levels of personal and psychological care to residents in a professional manner.
• Maintain good communication with Manager, Senior Care Assistants, Chef and relatives to ensure smooth operation.
