Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding guest experiences on-site. You will oversee the activities programme, pool operations, scheduling, budgets, and staff development.

The role is hands-on, requiring strong leadership, safety awareness, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced leisure environment. Onsite accommodation may be available subject to availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role such as Swimming Pool Manager, Activities & Leisure Manager, or similar leadership position in Sports, Leisure or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Budget and financial management experience.
• Health and safety knowledge.

About the Role

We're looking for an Activities & Pool Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our activities programme and pool operations, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job you'll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen.

What We're Looking For

• Budget and financial management experiencePPO and SPTO certificates preferred (we'll support training if needed)

This opportunity requires the newCandidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
