Job summary

Haven is seeking an Activities & Pool Manager who loves leading a team and delivering brilliant guest experiences. You’ll run our activities programme and pool operations, handling scheduling, budgets, and coaching your team. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and a proactive problem-solving approach, with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role in sports, leisure or hospitality.

• Health and safety knowledge; Enhanced DBS check required.
