HC-One Ltd. is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to design and deliver engaging activities for Residents across Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes.

You’ll help the Home Manager organise fundraising events and foster social participation with kindness at the heart of every interaction. The role requires enthusiasm, planning, IT skills and the ability to work with vulnerable individuals.

Qualifications

• Background working with vulnerable individuals
• Experience delivering activities in care settings
• Ability to plan and run activity programmes
• Kind, proactive and able to engage residents

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities to delight residents
• Assist Home Manager with fundraising events
• Encourage residents to socialise and participate in group activities
