Kingsley Healthcare is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to design and run daily activities for residents, drawing on arts, theatre, music, hospitality and event hosting experience.

You will implement programmes that promote wellbeing, socialisation and harmony within the care home, working closely with the Home Manager and regional hospitality team. A relevant qualification is advantageous and a passion for people-focused care is essential.

Qualifications

• A formal qualification in a relevant field is an advantage.
• Experience in care, community, leisure, hospitality or event management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement daily activities and programmes to promote wellbeing and socialisation.
• Collaborate with Home Manager/Regional Hospitality & Lifestyle Manager.
• Lead group activities and manage volunteers.
