Runwood Homes is seeking an enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to join our team in England. You will design and run engaging activities tailored to residents, supporting their dignity, self-esteem and individuality through meaningful interactions.

You will mentor staff on how to engage residents, lead groups with a positive, forward-thinking attitude, and foster a warm, inclusive culture across our care home settings. Experience in a care home setting is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
• Experience in a care home setting is a plus.
• Previous experience in organising activities or leading groups is beneficial.
