Confidential is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our team in Lostock, Bolton (Chorley New Road area). You will work with the Home’s senior team to plan and run a programme of activities linked to residents’ assessed social needs and care plans, promoting stimulating activities that older people enjoy.

The role is 30 hours per week, £13.60 per hour, with a permanent contract and a charity-driven ethos focusing on resident and staff well‑being.

OVERVIEW

• We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.
• In conjunction with the senior team, you will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.
• You must be enthusiastic in your approach to activity co-ordination, and able to design and facilitate group activities is essential.
