Confidential is seeking an Activities Coordinator to join our team in Lostock, Bolton (Chorley New Road area). You will work with the Home’s senior team to plan and run a programme of activities linked to residents’ assessed social needs and care plans, promoting stimulating activities that older people enjoy.

The role is 30 hours per week, £13.60 per hour, with a permanent contract and a charity-driven ethos focusing on resident and staff well‑being.

Qualifications

• Plan and run a programme of activities for residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.
• Maintain and promote activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.
• Be enthusiastic and able to design and facilitate group activities.

• Provide activity opportunities for residents within the Home in coordination with the senior team.
• Plan and run a programme of activities aligned with care plans.
• Design and facilitate engaging group activities for residents.
