Role Responsibilities
Support residents in leading engaging and fulfilling lives, focusing on their mental, physical, and emotional needs.
Coordinate and deliver a welcoming Lifestyle Programme tailored to resident interests and abilities, part of our group-wide More… Programme.
Candidate Profile
No specific background required; full training provided. Key qualities include organization, communication skills, and flexibility for shift work. Opportunities for career progression are available, including pathways to Nurse Associate roles. Shifts are scheduled on a rota, including weekends.
