You will assist in planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming, home-based Lifestyle Programme that encourages participation in a variety of activities. As part of our group-wide More... Programme, your focus will be on meeting residents' interests and needs creatively and consistently, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.
We provide full training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. It's important that you are organized, have excellent communication skills, and are flexible to work shifts. We are committed to supporting your career development, with potential pathways to roles such as Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across 7 days, including weekends.
