Job summary
Dimensions (UK) Ltd. seeks caring support workers to assist three adults with complex health needs in a supported living bungalow. You will provide full personal care, assist with medication, meals, and specialist feeding, using equipment like hoists and changing beds. A full UK driving licence and flexibility across shifts are essential.

Qualifications
- Have a caring and person-centred approach.
- Be comfortable providing full personal care.
- Be willing to learn and use specialist equipment (hoists, manual handling).
- Be confident supporting people with complex health needs, including PEG feeding.
- Be able to work flexibly (long days, sleep-ins, alternate weekends).
- Hold a full UK manual driving licence and drive Motability vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Provide full personal care and medication assistance as required.
- Support with meals and specialist feeding where needed.
- Support three adults with complex needs in a residential setting.
- Use specialist equipment safely and effectively.
- Promote wellbeing and be a calm, proactive team player.
