Royal Mail is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) in Wimbledon DO for 30 hours per week on a fixed-term contract. You will deliver letters and parcels in London, working a rotating shift and Sundays, in all weather conditions.

The role includes full training, a uniform, and driving a Royal Mail van. You must hold a full manual UK driving licence, pass a driving assessment, and be physically fit to walk long distances and lift mailbags.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence required with minimal points.
• Must be able to pass a driving assessment for Royal Mail vans.
• Physically fit for long walking and lifting mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and customer-focused in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in the local area.
• Build relationships with customers and work outdoors daily.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and handle high volumes during peak periods.
