Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Kidlington is hiring a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) to deliver letters and parcels on a rotating shift, mostly outdoors. Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (no more than 6 penalty points).
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van daily and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit and able to walk long distances, climb stairs/hills, and lift 10 kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently in a busy environment.
• Strong organisation and resilience with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sort letters and parcels at the delivery office.
• Deliver post by van and on foot in the local area.
• Build relationships with customers in the community.
