Job summary

Royal Mail Group in Willesden is seeking a Postie (Postal Delivery Driver) for a 9‑month fixed-term contract. You will sort mail, deliver by van and on foot, and build strong customer relationships across the local area.

The role requires a full manual UK driving licence, physical fitness for long walks, and the ability to work outdoors on a rotating schedule including weekends. Training is provided, with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Full manual UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Willingness to drive a Royal Mail van and pass a driving assessment.
• Physically fit to walk long distances and lift 10kg+ mailbags.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Strong organisation and resilience in a busy environment.
• Customer-focused with pride in delivering great service.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently.

Responsibilities
