Job summary

Royal Mail Delivery Driver - Speke Delivery Office is recruiting enthusiastic individuals for flexible delivery driver roles. You will be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels with a mix of van driving and on-foot delivery.

You must hold a full, manual UK driving licence with up to 6 points and be prepared to walk long distances and lift up to 16 kg. Shifts vary and you may be asked to adapt quickly to changing schedules.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points is required.
• Be prepared to walk up to 20,000 steps daily and carry a mailbag weighing up to 16 kg.
• Shifts vary and you must be able to adapt at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your delivery area as the face of Royal Mail.
• Drive a Royal Mail van and complete parts of your route on foot where needed.
• Ensure secure delivery of all items and comply with company standards.
• Work flexibly as part of a team to meet daily delivery targets.
