Job summary

Royal Mail is recruiting flexible (temporary) postal delivery drivers in the United Kingdom. You’ll be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels come rain or shine, driving a van and walking parts of your route to reach every item safely.

To apply you must hold a full, manual UK driving licence with no more than six points and be willing to work variable shifts. This role offers a meaningful service and a chance to be part of a trusted national network.

Qualifications

• Must have full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels across your route, driving a Royal Mail van and walking parts of the route as needed.
• Ensure items reach their destination safely and securely, including handling election materials.
• Be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering with service and professionalism.
• Pass a driving assessment at start and work flexible shifts as required.
