This hands‑on role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and teamwork across multiple sites, with regular events and active participation in daily site operations.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on role requiring active participation in building operations.
• Experience in hospitality or front‑of‑house environments preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage with members daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cleaning and compliance checks to keep spaces safe and functional.
• Be the go-to person for members, handling issues and providing a friendly welcome.
• Coordinate with team and stakeholders when things go wrong.
• Deliver member events and energize community initiatives.
• Cross‑team collaboration with Brighton and other sites.
