Job summary

Runway East is hiring a hands-on Community Associate to blend hospitality with operations and deliver an exceptional member experience across our London sites. You’ll be on your feet, maintain high standards, and build real relationships with members and staff in a busy, high-touch environment.

This genuinely hands-on role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with occasional late finishes for events. If you’ve worked in hospitality or front of house, you’ll feel right at home and thrive in a

Qualifications

• Hands-on and ready to get stuck in.
• Natural with people and able to build relationships with a range of members and staff.
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritise when multiple tasks arise.
• Excellent attention to detail in a high-traffic space.
• A collaborative team player who shares knowledge across sites.
• Experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or high-touch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cleaning and compliance checks to keep spaces safe, looking great and fully functioning.
• Be the go-to person for members: a quick chat, handling a facilities issue, or simply a friendly face.
