Venture X White City is seeking a Community Associate to support the Community Manager. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building a thriving member community, and assisting with events and viewings in a busy coworking space in London.

You will engage with members, host events, manage the reception, and help maintain a welcoming, professional workspace that reflects the Venture X brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for visitors and members at reception and communal areas.
• Provide top level customer service to all members and visitors.
• Engage with existing members and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
• Ensure day-to-day member needs and complaints are addressed for a smooth experience.
• Assist with bookings, payments, mail handling and admin duties.
